How long will it take to receive my course?
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. We ship your order by USPS priority mail, and your package should arrive in two to three business days.
Is the ARRT approval the best course approval?
The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) does not approve courses. Approval of continuing education home-study courses must come from an ARRT approved RCEEM (Recognized Continuing Education Evaluation Mechanism). A RCEEM is a quality control agency for approving CE activities.

Are your courses approved for my state continuing education requirements?
Many states that have continuing education requirements accept American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT) approved courses. Our courses have been approved by the ASRT for Category A Continuing Education Credit. Our courses are also approved by the State of Florida. If you are unsure whether your state will accept our courses, contact your state-licensing department.
What if I do not pass the test?
If you score less than 75% on the post-test, we will send you another answer sheet at no cost for you to try again.
Guidelines set by the ARRT will allow no more than 3 attempts to successfully complete the post-test. No CE credit will be awarded if there are 3 failed attempts.
When I return my completed answer sheet to you, how long does it take to receive my certificate of completion?
With a passing grade of 75%, we will mail your certificate of completion within five business days. If a fax number is provided on the answer sheet, we will fax a copy of the certificate to you.
Can I repeat a course?
The ARRT, ASRT, and state radiation control agencies do not allow radiographers to repeat a CE home study course.
What are the State Requirements for receiving my license?
State requirement differ from state to state. If you are not sure what your requirements are, check with your licensing board. State Licensing links are available on our website.
Do you report my CE credits to the ARRT, ASRT, and my state radiation control agency?
No, the ARRT and the ASRT do not allow CE providers to report credits. Individuals are responsible to report their own CE credits. We do submit to the State of Florida. See below.
For Florida licensees, do you report course completions to State of Florida Bureau of Radiation Control?
Yes, everyone with a Florida address is automatically reported to the State of Florida Bureau of Radiation Control. Licensees living outside of Florida, but taking courses for their Florida license, must inform us that the courses are for their Florida license, or they must report them to State of Florida Bureau of Radiation Control themselves.
Are the courses accepted by Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT)?
CAMRT recognizes that many other organizations offer continuing professional development opportunities in medical radiation technology. All of our courses are reviewed and approved by the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT) for category A or A+ credit. All courses fulfill the continuing education requirements of the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). The Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) also accepts our courses for credit.
